Sahih Muslim Book - 33, Hadith - 4709
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِى شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِىِّ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِىُّ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- « لاَ يَزَالُ هَذَا الأَمْرُ عَزِيزًا إِلَى اثْنَىْ عَشَرَ خَلِيفَةً ». قَالَ ثُمَّ تَكَلَّمَ بِشَىْءٍ لَمْ أَفْهَمْهُ فَقُلْتُ لأَبِى مَا قَالَ فَقَالَ « كُلُّهُمْ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ ».
It was narrated that Jabir bin Samurah said: "The Prophet (s.a.w) said: 'This matter will continue to prevail until there have been twelve caliphs.' Then he said something that I did not understand, and I said to my father: 'What did he say?' He said: 'All of them will be from the Quraish."'
