It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: "A man came to the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) and said: 'Which of the people is most deserving of my best companionship?' He said: 'Your mother.' He said: 'Then who?' He said: 'Then your mother.' He said: 'Then who?' He said: 'Then your mother.' He said: 'Then who?' He said: 'Then your father.'" In the Hadith of Qutaibah it says: "Who is most deserving of my best companionship?" And he did not say: "Which of the people?"
