Sahih Muslim Book - 6, Hadith - 1624
وَحَدَّثَنِى حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِى يُونُسُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِى سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ أَبَاهُ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- إِذَا أَعْجَلَهُ السَّيْرُ فِى السَّفَرِ يُؤَخِّرُ صَلاَةَ الْمَغْرِبِ حَتَّى يَجْمَعَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ صَلاَةِ الْعِشَاءِ.
Salim bin 'Abdullah narrated that his father said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w), when he was in a hurry to set off on a journey, delaying Maghrib prayer so that he could join it with 'Isha' prayer."
