It was narrated from Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri that the Prophet (s.a.w) said: "Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, will say to the people of Paradise: 'O people of Paradise!' They will say: 'Here we are at Your service, our Lord, all goodness is in Your Hand.' He will say: 'Are you pleased?' They will say: 'How could we not be pleased, O Lord, when You have given us that which You have not given to anyone else among Your creation?' He will say: 'Shall I not give you something even better than that?' They will say: 'O Lord, what can be better than that?' He will say: 'I bestow My pleasure upon you, and I will never be angry with you."
"When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him."
Prophet Mohammed (PBUH)
"The best of what a man leaves behind are three: a righteous child who supplicates for him, ongoing charity the reward of which reaches him, and knowledge that is acted upon after him."
Sunan Ibn Mājah
"Every day two angels come down from Heaven and one of them says, 'O Allah! Compensate every person who spends in Your Cause,' and the other (angel) says, 'O Allah! Destroy every miser.'"
Sahih Bukhari
