It was narrated that 'Aishah said: Hind bint 'Utbah, the wife of Abu Sufyan, entered upon the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) and said: O Messenger of Allah, Abu Sufyan is a stingy man and he does not give me enough maintenance for myself and my children, unless I take from his wealth without his knowledge. Is there any sin on me for that? The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: "Take from his wealth on a reasonable basis, whatever is sufficient for yourself and your children."
