وَحَدَّثَنِى زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى أَخْبَرَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ أَبِى إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَرْقَمَ كَمْ غَزَوْتَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- قَالَ سَبْعَ عَشْرَةَ. قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنِى زَيْدُ بْنُ أَرْقَمَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- غَزَا تِسْعَ عَشْرَةَ وَأَنَّهُ حَجَّ بَعْدَ مَا هَاجَرَ حَجَّةً وَاحِدَةً حَجَّةَ الْوَدَاعِ. قَالَ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ وَبِمَكَّةَ أُخْرَى.
It was narrated that Abu Ishaq said: “I asked Zaid bin Arqam: ‘How many times did you go out on military campaigns with the Messenger of Allah (SAW)?’ He said: ‘Seventeen.’” He said: “And Zaid bin Arqam told me that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) went out on nineteen campaigns, and after he emigrated he performed Hajj only once the Farewell Pilgrimage.” Abu Ishaq said: “And he performed another while he was in Makkah.”
"When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him."
