وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الأَحْوَلِ عَنْ مُوَرِّقٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- فِى سَفَرٍ فَصَامَ بَعْضٌ وَأَفْطَرَ بَعْضٌ فَتَحَزَّمَ الْمُفْطِرُونَ وَعَمِلُوا وَضَعُفَ الصُّوَّامُ عَنْ بَعْضِ الْعَمَلِ - قَالَ - فَقَالَ فِى ذَلِكَ « ذَهَبَ الْمُفْطِرُونَ الْيَوْمَ بِالأَجْرِ ».
It was narrated that Anas [may Allah be pleased with them] said: “The messenger of Allah was on a journey, and some people fasted and some did not. Those who were not fasting girded their loins and worked, but those who were fasting were too weak to do some of the work. He said concerning that: ‘Today those who are not fasting have taken all the reward.’”
