وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا وَسُلْطَـٰنٍ مُّبِينٍ
Walaqad arsaln a moos a bi a y a tin a wasul ta nin mubeen in THUS, INDEED, did We send Moses with Our messages and a manifest authority [from Us]
