هَـٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ
H atha bay a nun li l nn a si wahudan wamawAAi th atun lilmuttaqeen a this [should be] a clear lesson unto all men, and a guidance and an admonition unto the God-conscious.
