أَفَمَن يَخْلُقُ كَمَن لَّا يَخْلُقُ ۗ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
Afaman yakhluqu kaman l a yakhluqu afal a ta th akkaroon a IS, THEN, HE who creates comparable to any [being] that cannot create? Will you not, then, bethink yourselves?
