Surah 16. An-Nahl, Ayah 100
إِنَّمَا سُلْطَـٰنُهُۥ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يَتَوَلَّوْنَهُۥ وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِهِۦ مُشْرِكُونَ Qur’an An-Nahl (16:100)Innama sultanuhu AAala allatheena yatawallawnahu waallatheena hum bihi mushrikoona
he has power only over those who are willing to follow him,123 and who [thus] ascribe to him a share in God's divinity.124
