Wakil
a person who is an authorized representative or proxy. Also can mean lawyer in Urdu.
Wali
legal guardian. A friend or protector. Someone who is supposed to look out for your interest.
Walimah
a feast after the wedding. The reception.
Wudu
a purification (ablution) that must be performed before someone does their salat or reads the Quran.
