قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَغَفَرَ لَهُ ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ رَبِّ بِمَا أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ فَلَنْ أَكُونَ ظَهِيرًا لِّلْمُجْرِمِينَ رَبِّ نَجِّنِي مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ
Qala Rabbi innee thalamtunafsee faghfir lee faghafara lahu innahu huwa alghafooruarraheem Rabbi bima anAAamtaAAalayya falan akoona thaheeran lilmujrimeen Rabbi najjinee mina alqawmi aththalimeen
He (Musa) said, "My Lord, indeed I have wronged myself, so forgive me," and He forgave him. Indeed, He is the Forgiving, the Merciful. "My Lord, for the favor You bestowed upon me, I will never be an assistant to the criminals. My Lord, save me from the wrongdoing people."
"When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him."

"The best of what a man leaves behind are three: a righteous child who supplicates for him, ongoing charity the reward of which reaches him, and knowledge that is acted upon after him."

"Every day two angels come down from Heaven and one of them says, 'O Allah! Compensate every person who spends in Your Cause,' and the other (angel) says, 'O Allah! Destroy every miser.'"
