وَإِذَا كَالُوهُمْ أَو وَّزَنُوهُمْ يُخْسِرُونَ
Wai tha k a loohum aw wazanoohum yukhsiroon a but when they have to measure or weigh whatever they owe to others, give less than what is due!1
