يَعِدُهُمْ وَيُمَنِّيهِمْ ۖ وَمَا يَعِدُهُمُ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُ إِلَّا غُرُورًا
YaAAiduhum wayumanneehim wam a yaAAiduhumu a l shshay ta nu ill a ghuroor a n he holds out promises to them, and fills them with vain desires: yet whatever Satan promises them is but meant to delude the mind.142
