وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
Wasaw a on AAalayhim aan th artahum am lam tun th irhum l a yuminoon a thus, it is all one to them whether thou warnest them or cost not warn them: they will not believe.
