وَمَا يَنۢبَغِى لَهُمْ وَمَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ
Wam a yanbaghee lahum wam a yasta t eeAAoon a for, neither does it suit their ends, nor is it in their power [to impart it to man]:

it is neither in their interest nor in their power to produce such a masterpiece.
