تَنزِيلًا مِّمَّنْ خَلَقَ ٱلْأَرْضَ وَٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ ٱلْعُلَى
Tanzeelan mimman khalaqa alar d a wa al ssam a w a ti alAAul a a revelation from Him who has created the earth and the high heavens -
