Surah 2. Al-Baqara, Ayah 181

فَمَنۢ بَدَّلَهُۥ بَعْدَ مَا سَمِعَهُۥ فَإِنَّمَآ إِثْمُهُۥ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يُبَدِّلُونَهُۥٓ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ
Faman baddalahu baAAdam a samiAAahu fainnam a ithmuhu AAal a alla th eena yubaddiloonahu inna All a ha sameeAAun AAaleem un And if anyone alters such a provision after having come to know it, the sin of acting thus shall fall only upon those who have altered it.153 Verily, God is all-hearing, all-knowing.

If anyone changes the bequest after hearing it, the sin of it then is on those who make the change. Allah hears and knows everything.
