مَّا تَسْبِقُ مِنْ أُمَّةٍ أَجَلَهَا وَمَا يَسْتَـْٔخِرُونَ
M a tasbiqu min ommatin ajalah a wam a yastakhiroon a [but remember that] no community can ever forestall [the end of] its term - and neither can they delay [it].5
