Behold! Your Rabb inspired the bees to build their hives in themountains, in the trees, and in anything which men may build forbeekeeping,
and feed on every kind of fruit and follow the smooth ways ofyour Rabb. From its belly comes forth a syrup of differentcolors, which contains a healing for mankind. Certainly in thisthere is a sign for those who think.
Today all good clean things have been made lawful for you; andthe food of the People of the Book is also made lawful for youand your food is made lawful for them. Likewise, marriage withchaste free believing women and also chaste women among thePeople who were given the Book before you is made lawful for you, provided that you give them their dowries and desire chastity, neither committing fornication nor taking them as mistresses.Anyone who commits Kufr with Iman (rejects faith), all his gooddeeds will be in vain and in the Hereafter he will be one of thelosers.
Say: "O Allah! Master of all the Kingship, You give the kingdomto whom You please and take away the kingdom from whomsoever Youplease; You give honor to whom You please and disgrace to whomYou please; all the good is in Your hand; surely You have powerover everything.
You cause the night to pass into the day and You cause the day topass into the night; You draw the living from the dead and Youdraw the dead from the living; and You provide sustenance foranyone You wish without measure."
O Believers, do not say to our Rasool: "Ra'ina" (an ambiguousword for: "Listen, may you become deaf" or "Our shepherd" or inJudeo-Arabic language conveys the sense, "our evil one.") But say"Unzurna" ("look upon" us "or pay attention" to us) and listen tohim carefully; and remember that there is a painful punishmentfor the unbelievers.
Now, special mercy is assigned to those who follow the Rasool, the unlettered Prophet (Muhammad) - whom they shall finddescribed in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel). Whoenjoins them what is good and forbids what is evil; makes purethings Halal (lawful) for them and impure things Haram(unlawful); relieves them from their heavy burdens and from theyokes that were around their necks. Therefore, those who believein him, honor him, help him, and follow the Light which is sentdown with him will be the ones who will be successful in thislife and the hereafter".
Indeed Allah and His angels send blessings on the Prophet. Obelievers, call for Allah's blessings on him and salute him withall respect.
Nay! But you did not show kindness to the orphan,
and make a proclamation of Hajj (Pilgrimage) to mankind: theywill come to you on foot and on lean camels from every distantquarter,
so that they may witness the benefits which are made availablehere for them, and pronounce the name of Allah over the cattlewhich We have provided as food for them, on the appointed days, then eat meat themselves and feed the indigent and needy.
Then they should accomplish their needful acts of shaving orcutting their hair and taking a bath, fulfill their vows and gofor Tawaf-e-Ziyarah to the Ancient House.
This was the object for which the Ka'bah was built, and whoeverhonors the sacred rites of Allah, it is good for him in the sightof his Rabb. The meat of cattle is lawful to you, except what hasalready been mentioned to you; therefore, shun the abomination ofidols and shun all false statements.

Bring your Rabb to remembrance deep in your soul with humilityand in reverence without raising your voice, both in the morningsand in the evenings; and be not of those who are heedless.
So that you, O people, may believe in Allah and His Rasool, andthat you may help him and honor him and glorify Allah morning andevening.
Man is never tired of praying for good, but when any evil befallshim, he loses hope and is in despair.
And if after affliction We vouchsafe him a favor from Ourself, heis sure to say: "I deserve this, I do not think that the Hourwill ever come; and even if I am brought back to my Rabb, I wouldstill get good treatment from Him." The fact, however, is that Weshall tell the disbelievers the truth of all that they had doneand We shall make them taste a severe punishment.
When We bestow favors on man, he turns away and drifts off toanother side; and when an evil befalls him, he comes with lengthysupplications.
Do not create mischief in the land after it has been set inorder. Pray to Him with fear and hope. Surely the mercy of Allahis always close to those who do good to others.
Only those people believe in Our revelations, who, when they arereminded of them, prostrate themselves in adoration and celebratethe praises of their Rabb and are not puffed up with pride.
Who forsake their beds and invoke their Rabb with fear and hope;and they spend in charity out of the sustenance which We havegiven them.
Leave them alone to eat and enjoy themselves and be deluded byfalse hopes, for soon they will find out the Truth.
It would have been better for them, if they had only been pleasedwith what Allah and His Rasool had given them and said: "Allah isall-sufficient to us! Soon Allah will give us of His bounty, andso will His Rasool. Indeed to Allah do we turn our hopes."
Can he who is obedient, pass the hours of night prostrating inworship or standing in adoration, fearing the hereafter and hopeto earn the Mercy of his Rabb, be compared to the man who doesnot? Are the knowledgeable and the ignorant equal? In fact, nonewill take heed except the people of understanding.
Do not show weakness in following up the enemy; if you aresuffering hardships they too are suffering similar hardships;moreover, you have hope to receive reward from Allah while theyhave none. Allah is the Knowledgeable, Wise.
The life of men when they get to the age of puberty is tempted bydesire for women when they get married children, when they getchildren the hoarding of treasures of gold and silver, splendidhorses, cattle, and plantations. These are the comforts for thetransitory life of this world; the everlasting best comfort, however, is with Allah.
Say : "Shall I tell you of better things than these, with whichthe righteous will be rewarded by their Rabb? There will begardens beneath which rivers flow, where they will live foreverwith spouses of perfect chastity and the good pleasure of Allah.Allah is watching His servants very closely."
Have you not seen those who, though forbidden to hold secretcounsels, persistently do what was forbidden? They hold secretcounsels among themselves for sin, hostility and disobedience tothe Rasool. Yet when they come to you, they greet you in wordswhich Allah does not greet you with, and say to themselves: "Whydoes Allah not punish us for what we say?" Hell is enough forthem, they shall burn in its flames, what an evil destination!
O believers! When you confer together in private, do not talkabout sin and hostility and disobedience to the Rasool; but tocounsel about virtue and piety, and fear Allah, before whom youshall be brought together.
Fight against them until there is no more disorder and Allah'ssupremacy is established. If they desist, let there be nohostility except against the oppressors.
The unbelievers say: "The Hour of Doom will never come to us."Tell them: "Nay! By my Rabb, the Knower of the unseen, it shallcertainly come upon you. Nothing, even equal an atom, in theheavens or the earth is hidden from Him; nor there is anythingsmaller or greater than that, but is recorded in the Clear Book.
The hour of Doom is sure to come, there is no doubt about it; yetmost people do not believe it.
When it was said, "the promise of Allah is true and the Hour ofJudgement is sure to come. You used to say, `We don't know whatthe Hour of Judgement is: we think it is just a conjecture, weare not convinced.'"
Only those who deny it seek to hasten it on; but the believersdread its coming and know that its coming is the truth. Behold! Those who dispute concerning the hour of doom are far astray.

He (Jesus) is, in fact, a sign for the coming of the Hour ofDoom. Therefore, have no doubt about its coming, follow me; thisis the Right Way.
O mankind! Have fear of your Rabb; the catastrophic quaking ofthe Hour of Doom will be terrible indeed.
On that Day you shall see that every nursing mother will forgether nursing-babe and every pregnant female will miscarry, and youwill see people as if they are intoxicated, though they will notbe drunk: such will be the horror of Allah's chastisement.
who fear their Rabb though they have not seen Him, and dread theDay of Judgment.
They ask you about the Hour of Doom and when will it take place.Say: "Knowledge about it rests only with my Rabb: He Himself willdisclose it at the proper time. Heavy is its weight in theheavens and the earth. It will not come gradually but all of asudden. They ask you as if you yourself were in search of it.Tell them: "The knowledge about it rests only with Allah thoughmost people do not understand."

They ask you about the hour: "When will it come?"
But it is not for you to know or tell its timing.
Only your Rabb knows when it will come.
You are but a Warner to him who fears it.
On that Day when they shall see it, they shall feel as if theyhad stayed in this world only one evening or one morning.
People ask you about the Hour of Doom. Tell them: "Allah Alonehas the knowledge of it. Who knows? It may be that the Hour isnear at hand."
They ask: "When will this promise be fulfilled, if what you sayis true?"
Tell them: "Allah Alone has the knowledge of that; my mission isonly to warn you plainly."
But, when they shall see it close at hand, the faces of thedisbelievers will turn black with gloom, and it will be said tothem: "This is which you were calling for."
But in fact they deny the Hour - and for the one who denies thecoming of the Hour, We have prepared a blazing fire.
When it shall come into their sight, from a long distance, theywill hear its raging and roaring.
And when, chained together, they are flung into some narrowspace, they will fervently plead for death.
But they will be told: "Do not plead for one death today, butplead for many deaths."
Ask them: "Which is better, this hell or the eternal paradisewhich the righteous are being promised, which will be the rewardof their good deeds and also their final destination;
who are steadfast, sincere, obedient, and charitable, and whopray for forgiveness in the morning time.
O believers! Do not enter the houses of the Prophet withoutpermission, nor stay waiting for meal time: but if you areinvited to a meal, enter, and when you have eaten disperse and donot seek long conversation. Such behavior annoys the Prophet, hefeels shy in asking you to leave, but Allah does not feel shy intelling the truth. If you have to ask his wives for anything, speak to them from behind a curtain. This is more chaste for yourhearts and for theirs. It is not proper for you to annoy theRasool of Allah, nor ever to marry his wives after him; thiswould be a grievous offence in the sight of Allah.

There is no blame on the blind, nor there is blame on the lame, nor there is blame on the sick, to eat at your table. Nor shallit be an offence for you to eat in the houses of your ownchildren, or your fathers, or your mothers, or your brothers, oryour sisters, or your paternal uncles, or your paternal aunts, oryour maternal uncles, or your maternal aunts, or your sincerefriends, or in houses with the keys of which you are entrusted. There is no blame on you whether you eat together or apart;however, when you enter the houses, you should greet one anotherwith the greeting of peace prescribed by Allah blessed and pure. Thus Allah makes His revelations clear to you, so that you maygrow in understanding.
They question you about the new moon. Tell them: it is todetermine the periods of time for the benefit of mankind and forthe Hajj (pilgrimage). It is not righteous to enter your housesfrom the back doors during Hajj times. Righteousness is to fearAllah. Enter your houses through the proper doors and fear Allahso that you may prosper.

If you do not find the person you wanted to see, then do notenter until permission is given to you; and if you are asked togo back, then go back; this is more fitting for you; and Allah iscognizant of what you do.

There is no blame on you if you enter houses which are not usedfor dwelling and in which you have something belonging to you;and Allah knows what you reveal and what you conceal.
O Prophet! If you and the believers divorce your wives, divorcethem at the end of their prescribed periods, and count theirprescribed periods accurately. Fear Allah, your Rabb. Do notexpel them from their homes during their waiting period, nor theythemselves should leave, unless they have committed an openlewdness. These are limits set by Allah; he that transgresses thelimits of Allah will wrong his own soul. You never know, Allahmay, thereafter, bring about some new situation ofreconciliation.
His Light is found in those houses which Allah has sanctioned tobe built for the remembrance of His name; where His praise issung, in the mornings and in the evenings again and again,
by such people whom neither business nor business profit candivert from the remembrance of Allah, nor from establishing Salahand nor from paying Zakah, for they fear the Day of Judgementwhen hearts will be overturned and eyes will be petrified,
who hope that Allah will reward them according to the best oftheir deeds and add for them even more out of His grace: forAllah gives without measure to whom He pleases.
O wives of the Prophet! You are not like the other women: if youfear Allah, then you should not be complaisant while talking tothe men who are not closely related to you, lest the one in whoseheart is a disease may thereby be encouraged, and speak usingsuitable good words.
Stay in your homes and do not display your finery as women usedto do in the days of ignorance (pre-Islamic days); establishSalah, pay Zakah, and obey Allah and His Rasool. O women of thehousehold of Rasool, Allah only intends to remove uncleanlinessfrom you and to purify you completely.
O believers! Do not enter houses other than your own until youhave sought permission and said greetings of peace to theoccupants; this is better for you, so that you may be mindful.
Of His signs, one is that He created you from dust; and thenbehold you men are scattered throughout the earth.
Seek Allah's help with patience and Salah: it is indeed hard tobe patient and to be punctual in offering Salah except for thosewho fear Allah,
We did send Rasools before you to other nations and afflictedthem with suffering and adversities so that they might learnhumility.
O believers! Whoever among you renounce Islam let him do so; soonAllah will replace them with others whom He will love and theywill love Him, who will be humble towards the believers, mightyagainst the unbelievers, striving hard in the way of Allah, andwill have no fear of reproach from any critic. Now this is thegrace of Allah which He bestows on whom He pleases. Allah hasboundless knowledge.
Call on your Rabb with humility and in private; for He does notlove the transgressors.
You shall lower to them your wings of humility and pray: "O Rabb!Bestow on them Your blessings just as they cherished me when Iwas a little child."
- so that those who are endowed with knowledge may realize thatthis (Qur'an) is the Truth from your Rabb and thus believe in itand humble their hearts towards Him, and surely Allah will guidethe believers to the Straight Way.
Indeed successful are those believers
who are humble in their Salah (prayers),
who avoid vain talk,
who are punctual in the payment of Zakah (charity),
who guard their private parts
except with their spouses or those who are legally in theirpossession, for in that case they shall not be blamed
- however those who seek to go beyond that in lust are the oneswho shall be the transgressors
- who are true to their trust and covenants,
and who are diligent about their Salah (prayers).
These are the heirs
who will inherit paradise; and live therein forever.
We did send Rasools before you to other nations and afflictedthem with suffering and adversities so that they might learnhumility.
True servants of the Compassionate (Allah) are those who walk onthe earth in humility and when the ignorant people address them, they say: "Peace;"
There are some among the people of the Book who truly believe inAllah and what has been revealed to you, O Muhammad, and what hasbeen revealed to them before you. They humble themselves beforeAllah and do not sell the revelations of Allah for a petty price. For them, there will be a reward from their Rabb. Surely Allah isvery swift in settling the accounts.
