فَصَبَّ عَلَيْهِمْ رَبُّكَ سَوْطَ عَذَابٍ
Fa s abba AAalayhim rabbuka saw t a AAa tha b in and therefore thy Sustainer let loose upon them a scourge of suffering:

Therefore, your Rabb let loose on them His scourge of torment.
