إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَٰقِعٌ
Inna AAa tha ba rabbika law a qiAA un VERILY, [O man,] the suffering decreed by thy Sustainer [for the sinners] will indeed come to pass:

the torment of your Rabb will surely come to pass!
