Hatta itha jaoo qala akaththabtum biayatee walam tuheetoo biha AAilman ammatha kuntum taAAmaloona
until such a time as they shall come [to be judged. And] He will say: "Did you give the lie to My messages even though you failed to encompass them with [your] knowledge?75 Or what was it that [you thought] you were doing?"
  - Mohammad Asad

I.e., without having understood them or made any attempt to understand them (Zamakhshari).

until when they have all arrived, their Rabb will ask: "Did you deny My revelations without gaining their comprehensive knowledge? If not this, what else were you doing?
  - Muhammad Farooq-i-Azam Malik
When they 'finally' come before their Lord, He will ask 'them', 'Did you deny My revelations without 'even' comprehending them? Or what 'exactly' did you do?'
  - Mustafa Khattab
Till, when they come (before their Lord), He will say: Did ye deny My revelations when ye could not compass them in knowledge, or what was it that ye did?
  - Marmaduke Pickthall
Until when they come (before the Judgment-Seat) Allah will say: "Did ye reject My Signs though ye comprehended them not in knowledge or what was it ye did?" 3314
  - Abdullah Yusuf Ali

The charge against them will be: 'You had no knowledge, and yet you arrogantly rejected My Signs: is that true, or have you any plea in your defence?'
