Surah 21. Al-Anbiya, Ayah 45
قُلْ إِنَّمَآ أُنذِرُكُم بِٱلْوَحْىِ ۚ وَلَا يَسْمَعُ ٱلصُّمُّ ٱلدُّعَآءَ إِذَا مَا يُنذَرُونَ
Qul innam a on th irukum bi a lwa h yi wal a yasmaAAu a l ss ummu a l dduAA a a i tha m a yun th aroon a SAY [unto all men]: "I but warn you on the strength of divine revelation!"But the deaf [of heart] will not hearken to this call, however often they are warned.56
