كَذَٰلِكَ نَسْلُكُهُۥ فِى قُلُوبِ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ

Ka tha lika naslukuhu fee quloobi almujrimeen a

Even so do We [now] cause this [scorn of Our message] to pervade the hearts of those who are lost in sin,
