حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، وَأَبِي، سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضي الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَضَى بِالشُّفْعَةِ فِيمَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلاَ شُفْعَةَ .
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that "the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ruled concerning preemption of land that has not been divided; if the boundaries have been set then there is no preemption."
