Sahih Bukhari Volume 4, Book 57, Hadith 3110
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ قَدَحَ، النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم انْكَسَرَ، فَاتَّخَذَ مَكَانَ الشَّعْبِ سِلْسِلَةً مِنْ فِضَّةٍ. قَالَ عَاصِمٌ رَأَيْتُ الْقَدَحَ وَشَرِبْتُ فِيهِ
Narrated By Anas bin Malik : When the cup of Allah's Apostle got broken, he fixed it with a silver wire at the crack. (The sub-narrator, 'Asim said, "I saw the cup and drank (water) in it.")
