Surah 2. Al-Baqara, Ayah 64
| Asad | : | And you turned away after that! And had it not been for God's favour upon you and His grace, you would surely have found yourselves among the lost; |
| Malik | : | But even after that you backed out; if there would not have been the grace and mercy of Allah upon you, you surely would have been among the losers. |
| Pickthall | : | Then, even after that, ye turned away, and if it had not been for the grace of Allah and His mercy ye had been among the losers. |
| Yusuf Ali | : | But ye turned back thereafter had it not been for the Grace and Mercy of Allah to you ye had surely been among the lost. |
| Transliteration | : | Thumma tawallaytum min baAAdi thalika falawla fadlu Allahi AAalaykum warahmatuhu lakuntum mina alkhasireena |
