Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith - 1.1

next

I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "The reward of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get the reward according to what he has intended. So whoever emigrated for worldly benefits or for a woman to marry, his emigration was for what he emigrated for."

ASAK,

Can we form and pray in separate Jamaat if we miss the regular Jamaat?

The question seems unrelated to this hadith.  Please see my response here: http://alim.org/library/hadith/AMH/1/8

Whether the people are family or not, a hijabi is meant 2 wear her hijab infront of everyone who is non-mahram (NON MAHRAM are the people that she CAN marry)

Javariah,

May Allah reward your efforts at a young age. The answer to your question is in Surah Nur, verse 31. I will paste a small portion; pls look it up to read in its entirety.

24:31

"....let them draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their charms except to their husbands, their fathers, their fathers-in-law, their own sons, their stepsons, their own brothers, their nephews on either brothers' or sisters' sides, their own womenfolk, their own slaves, male attendants who lack sexual desires or small children who have no carnal knowledge of women...."

So the above are those who you do NOT need to wear hijab in front of. It also includes your grandfather.

You DO have to wear hijab in front of your male cousins once they reach the age of puberty because they are not included in mahram and you can marry them.

And Allah knows best. If you need more clarification, please ask!

Alsalamu alaykum. I searched for the answer to this question on google, and it seemed quite complicated to me what with the many differences between mani, mazi, and other things and situations, I understood that if there is no desire and it is simply during urination then you do not have to do ghusl, but I am not sure, so I would advise you to search about this on google, and read what other sheikhs have said, or try to find someone who knows for sure. salam. PS to recap, when this happens to me I do not do ghusl, and it is not very frequent, but if it happens during the night etc and goes on clothes then I do ghusl as urination was not involved for it come out. But don't take my fatwa, because I am not qualified to give a fatwa and I may have understood what I read about it on google incorrectly.
My advise to you: if this happens, if you can take a shower do ghusl and wudu, then do so, otherwise just do wudu, and try to find the correct answer for certain. Maybe you have found the answer since it was over 1 year ago ?
Alsalamu alaykum

Before any one can give you answer, you need to explain what HALALA means? In what respect this term is used and where, so on?
